Case Studies
We are currently in our proof of concept year. The objective of this is to deliver a range of procurement support to a range of institutions, strongly focused on delivering tangible improvements in the form of efficiencies and/or savings.
On completion of each project we will create a case study which will be available to other institutions facing similar procurement challenges.
We expect to complete our first set of projects and produce our first case studies in 2010.
