Management Information

SUPC requires all contracted suppliers to provide regular information on institutional expenditure through its agreements. Data is required in electronic format on a regular basis (this usually ranges from every month to every six months and is agreed with the supplier at the time of contract award). The current management information template can be downloaded here. This template covers all regional purchasing consortia in the UK and suppliers will only be required to give data on the participating regions for their particular agreement.

Suppliers may also be required to periodically provide evidence on their performance. A set of key performance indicators are normally agreed and discussed prior to contract award.
