Join expert and SUMS Associate Consultant Ellie Highwood for a 90-minute interactive online workshop providing a refresher on diversity and inclusion basics, and updates on the latest developments in this rapidly moving area of work.
Event Description
We’ll explore how our brains can sometimes turn helpful shortcuts into unhelpful biases and the impact these can have on decision-making. In the second half of the workshop there will be break-out sessions to look at some procurement scenarios through an equality, diversity and inclusion lens, and start growing your inclusive mindset.
