Agresso/ Unit 4/ABW Procurement User Group Meeting - February 2026

The first meeting of the Agresso/ Unit 4/ABW Procurement User Group will take place online on 10 February 10.00-11.30.

The session will be led by Don Bowman, LUPC Director, on behalf of UKUPC, and will include:

1. Introductions and an overview of current system
2. Background and history of the Agresso user group
3. Purpose and objectives of the group – understanding member priorities
4. Supplier engagement and input requirements
5. Member presentation: Chris Bradshaw, Interim Associate Director of Procurement at the University of East Anglia, will demonstrate how they have used the system over the past 12 months. This will include an overview of efficiencies achieved and a demonstration of the contract management functionality
6. Future meeting dates and proposed structure
