Event Overview:

Earlier this year, SUMS Consulting, in partnership with SUPC, hosted a highly popular series of events focused on timetabling systems and procurement. Due to time constraints, we were only able to cover functionality related to timetabling. However, there was strong interest from both suppliers and universities to further explore exam and exam scheduling functionality.

We are excited to announce a new Exam Software Demonstration Lunchtime Series for autumn 2024. These sessions will offer in-depth demonstrations of exam and exam scheduling capabilities from leading suppliers.

What to Expect:

Each session will follow a similar format to the previous events where there will be an introduction of the supplier, who will provide a brief overview of their company and platform. The supplier will then showcase key functionalities through a set of user stories, demonstrating the capabilities of their software in real-world scenarios. Finally, a Q&A session will allow attendees to ask questions and dive deeper into the products.

Key Details:

  • The sessions will be delivered as webinars and will be recorded. Recordings will be available to registered participants for later viewing, but they will not be made available publicly.
  • Please ensure you register for each session individually.
  • For any questions or specific requests, please contact Claire Taylor at s.c.taylor@reading.ac.uk.

Lunchtime Series Timetable:

We will be running sessions on Fridays from 12:00 – 13:00 GMT. Feel free to sign up for one or multiple sessions based on your availability.

Session Dates:

Please arrive a few minutes early for a prompt start at 12:00.

This event series is available to SUMS members and UKUPC members only.
