Based on our experience supporting a range of UK universities, this session will explore the key themes senior leaders should consider:

Speaker: Fola Ikpehai, Principal Consultant, SUMS Consulting

Fola specialises in process improvement, organisational and business change, training development and delivery, programme and project management, and leadership.  She has recently supported universities to agree on principles for ways of working, develop integrated plans and roadmaps, and engage with key university stakeholders throughout the process to support successful change.   Fola combines her expertise as a coach and mentor with strong analytical skills and a practical understanding of the challenges of implementing benefits-led change in complex organisations.#
