EVENT DETAILS
With many teams grappling with increased workload this Library Group meeting will explore how teams can manage themselves more effectively while looking after their wellbeing. The first session will begin with – Helen Buchanan (Imperial College London) sharing how her subscriptions team have been transformed, upskilling and empowering team members to deliver greater value and job satisfaction.
We will then open discussion to the group to share wider experience. In the second session we welcome Layne Hamerston (Bournemouth University) to explore how members can enhance wellbeing and engender a sense of togetherness in challenging conditions. This session will also include the opportunity for members to freely share experience. In the final session Gavin Phillips (SUPC) will provide an update about library-related framework agreements.
