Morning Council Meeting (10:00-12:00): This is for Heads of Procurement only (you can appoint another member of your team to attend in your place if unavailable).
Morning Session:
The session will be led by Rob Bloomer, SUPC Chair of Council and Associate Director of Procurement and Insurance at the University of East Anglia, with support from Gemma Payne, Head of SUPC.
Agenda:
- Introduction and Welcome – Rob Bloomer (5 minutes)
- Member Feedback Session on the new SUPC 5-Year Strategy and 12–18 Month Roadmap – Gemma Payne (55 minutes)
Second Part of the Meeting:
We invite all members to propose agenda items they would like to discuss during the second part of the meeting. Please provide a brief description of your proposed topic and send it to Gemma Payne at marketing@sums.ac.uk by 24 January 2025, to allow us to finalise and share the agenda by 31 January 2025.
