Join colleagues and members of the SUPC Team for a day focused on helping you address some of the key challenges facing your procurement function today. The day will include best practice sharing and several facilitated discussion groups covering topics such as:
- Moving from crisis management back to strategic and long-term sustainability
- Business continuity and effective target operating models
- Building the right team with the right competencies
- Influencing and engaging with your key stakeholders
We will wrap up the day with a drinks reception from 15:00 - 17:00.
