Reviewing Procurement Act 2023 developments, challenges, impacts, and sharing practical first-year experiences.

EVENT DETAILS

Following the anniversary of the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023 (“Act”), this interactive session will take stock of key developments in the first year, explore early challenges, share practical insights and review the Act’s impact on procurement procedures, supplier engagement and internal contracting authority responses. The session will also allow you to share your own experiences with fellow colleagues and offer you an opportunity to ask key questions, as we get ready to make greater use of the Act in the coming months and years.
