• With expert input from David Hansom, Partner and Hannah Chapelhow, Legal Director at Clyde & Co (approved Legal Services framework supplier), this session will provide further guidance on how the recent Case Law has affected the Procurement landscape.

• This webinar will provide insights on best practice for Contracting Authorities in light of recent court decisions.
