  • Gemma Payne – Head of Procurement, SUPC

Main objectives:

• With expert input from David Hansom, Partner and Hannah Chapelhow, Legal Director at Clyde & Co (approved Legal Services framework supplier), this session will provide further guidance on how Universities can determine whether they are inside the Public Procurement Regulations or how they can assess whether they are deemed outside of the regulations.
