Online workshops have come to stay as an option - even beyond the Covid-19 lockdown.

Join transformation & change expert and SUMS Principal Consultant Fola Ikpehai for a 90-minute interactive webinar on virtual facilitation and how you can deliver effective and energising workshops online!

During this 90-minute interactive session we will consider:
  • Lessons learnt from the facilitation of online workshops throughout the Covid-19 pandemic
  • Key principles for making workshops memorable and the challenges experienced doing this in an online environment
  • Best practice principles for use of ice-breakers and energisers in an online workshop environment
  • Use of Miro, including practising the creation and use of a workshop template (in groups)
About Fola Ikpehai:

SUMS Principal Consultant Fola Ikpehai leads our Transformation and Change workstream. Fola joined SUMS Consulting in 2018 following a varied career in academics, research, local government and management consultancy. She brings expertise in organisational change and process improvement, training development and delivery, project management, and leadership to this role.

Fola is a skilled workshop facilitator. Her style of delivery is described by delegates as ‘very upbeat and engaging’. She allows for extensive interaction, with plenty of opportunity to feedback and question – even in a virtual environment.
