SUPC’s AV Group is a virtual group (does not hold in-person meetings) and is primarily made up of lead AV buyers from our member institutions. Members have access to an email distribution list, which allows group members to share experience and good practice, and support each other to deal with sector challenges. The distribution list also provides a forum for gathering and sharing feedback on contractor performance.
Membership of this group is open to:
- AV specialists
- Procurement professionals with responsibility (or an interest in) AV
By participating in this group, members will:
- Receive guidance on available AV-related collaborative agreements
- Receive reports on contracted supplier performance
- Participate in developing specifications for future collaborative agreements
- Discuss supplier, market and product developments
- Have access to email distribution lists for easy discussion with colleagues
