18th March 2021 Member Update

SUPC Members can now access the National Education Printer Agreement 2 (NEPA 2). Awarded on 1 March 2021, the agreement provides a compliant framework for the complete provision of print equipment and associated finishing options. The agreement is set to run for two years, with two further 12-month extensions available.

Framework Launch Presentation:

NEUPC has created an interactive presentation for the newly re-tendered Printers and Managed Print Services Agreement (NEPA2). This presentation is ideal for procurement teams to share with colleagues in other areas, to help them understand how calling off from the framework works, and the savings that can be made. Created with Prezi, you are able to listen to the full recording by simply clicking the forward arrows at the bottom of the screen, or for a more interactive experience, click onto the section of the presentation that you are most interested in.

Framework Details:

The agreement covers office document print hardware, multi-functional devices, print production hardware, print management solutions and services (including Industry Print software solution if required) and additional peripheral hardware to enable fulfilment of managed print services i.e., user authentication hardware and money loaders. Large format printers are also within the scope of this agreement.
