SUPC adding value to our members

SUPC works hard to deliver exceptional value for its members. We’ve just published our 2021/22 SUPC Member Benefits Statements, personalised to individual institutions that demonstrate the value we have helped them to deliver over the last year.

What did we help our members to achieve?

SUPC helped members achieve £70.9m in savings in 2021/22, including £29.7m in cashable savings, helping to yield an overall ROI for SUPC members of 67:1.  Last year, by using our agreements, members generated marketing premium: over £1.4m will be returned to them, an increase of some 48% compared to the prior yea r.

Over the past year, a significant number of SUPC members covered the cost of their annual SUPC membership through returned marketing premium.

How does SUPC deliver value?

As part of the SUMS group, SUPC is part of a community of excellence, driven by our members and aimed at taking a proactive and innovative approach to conquering the HE sector’s challenges. Across the SUMS Group, 142 members access our services, take advantage of our knowledge networks, and have access to a wide range of value-added benefits such as free events and training opportunities as well as advice and guidance from our team

What do our members say?

Feedback from our members provides the most accurate representation of the value we deliver. The facts and figures speak for themselves, but the testimonials from our members really show the impact of our services on institutions.

“I just wanted to take time out to say thank you to colleagues at the SUPC Group for all your support in 2021. As always, your team have delivered an incredible service and we should be (and are) proud to have you working with us and on our behalf.”

Head of Procurement, SUPC Member

“The SUPC membership is much more than a subscription to a service, it is access to a range of procurement professionals with a breadth of knowledge, relevant to the HE Sector.”
