We are pleased to announce that the brand new ITS1065 AP “Innovative, value adding VLE Systems and Associated Services” framework from APUC is now available.
VLE Systems are the main engine for provision of the education sector’s blended Learning Management requirements. This latest VLE framework provides broad coverage of the UK marketplace. Significant benefits can be acquired by institutions planning to move to suppliers on each Lot listed below.
The agreement will run from 31 July 2025 to 31 July 2027 with extension options until 31 July 2029. The framework is open to APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, SUPC, CPC.

- Desktop Exercise
You should choose the option most appropriate to your purchase taking into consideration; your Organisational Procurement Guidance and Financial Regulations, the product/service you wish to purchase and the specific requirements of your organisation.
**Mini competition is recommended as the best option to obtain the most competitive offering for your specific requirements. Whilst a basket of goods was evaluated at framework level, many of the products in scope of this agreement are customisable and complex, so a mini competition would be advised.**
