Join our community of SUPC Member Heads of Procurement for a day focused on addressing the key strategic issues facing HE procurement.

Timings: 10:30 – 17:00 (drinks from 15:00 - 17:00)

In-Person Event

Join colleagues and members of the SUPC Team for a day focused on helping you address some of the key challenges facing your procurement function today. The day will include best practice sharing and several facilitated discussion groups covering topics such as:

    • SUPC Strategy 2022- 2025 & SUPC Target Operating Model
    • How Council might support strategy delivery – exploring emerging work streams
    • Competency Framework development and roll-out

    Afternoon Session:

      A) Observations and experiences of “Opting Out” of Public Contracting Regulations

      B) Creative Resourcing: How might we be able to work together to address some of our recruitment challenges?

      C) Identifying Opportunities for additional Value

Please can you indicate your preferred two topics for the afternoon session, when you book. Depending on the demand, we may opt to focus on just two topics in the afternoon.

We will wrap up the day with a drinks reception from 15:00 - 17:00.
