The group seeks to provide a forum for discussion amongst members involved in using Travel Management Services via the Framework. This is a place to share market data and intelligence, experiences and knowledge, that may influence supply chain, cost and service.

Clare Whitfield, Category Manager – Professional Services and lead on the framework tender for Travel Management Services is our group Chair. A recent joiner to SUPC, Clare is keen to share market data and intelligence with the group and share learnings.

The group is available to SUPC member institution employees whose activities involve using the framework for Travel Management Services and working with the suppliers on the framework.

Why join?

Attendees will benefit from the content of these meetings, which will focus on updates from the wider external market, explore and discuss factors that are still affecting supply chain in the post-Covid world and share learnings and best practice. Suppliers will share agenda content and give the benefit of their expertise and business insight, in order for members to take away knowledge and the tools to plan and increase confidence in the framework and its suppliers.

How to join

We will seek to run these meetings quarterly to enable us to engage with members and build the content across both standard agenda items. We are also open to ideas for subjects suggested by the working group. Each session would be set up for an hour.
