We have 3 rotating advertising spaces available per month on our website with discount packages for consecutive monthly and combined web and email bookings. Package booking discounts must be requested at the time of booking.

We have 1 advertising space available per month in our regular member newsletter with discount packages for consecutive monthly or combined web and email bookings. Package booking discounts must be requested at the time of booking.
How many people will see my ad?
Based on our analytics, we have approximately 8,000 monthly website clicks, meaning advertising with us could help your company build traffic and increase consumer engagement by reaching a larger audience.
Featuring your advert in our monthly e-newsletter can reach a potential audience of 1000+ procurement and finance professionals in higher and further education, reaching relevant stakeholders directly in their inbox.
Do you offer discount packages?
SUPC offers a discount for consecutive monthly bookings or combined web and email adverts. For every extra month that advertising is reserved, we offer an additional 5% discount. We start at a 10% discount for our combined web and email package. This is shown in the table below:

What are the requirements for the banners?
- 1110px (width) by 220px (height)
- High-quality images. Accepted file format: JPEG, PNG or GIF
- Website page or email address to be provided for linking the advert to your channels
- Image caption (text description for an image to make it more accessible for all users) – max. 50 characters
Can I swap my advert design monthly if booking consecutive months?
Yes, you can update your advertisement at any time. However, we ask that you send your new design at least 7 full days in advance of the advert being posted.
Where will my ad be visible on the SUPC website?
Banner Ads will be displayed throughout the website on our most visited pages. These include our Members, Suppliers, News and Responsible Procurement pages.
What are the terms and conditions?
- Max 3 web advertising spots and 1 email advertising spot available per month
- There is no guarantee that competitor companies will not appear in the same rotation.
- Ads are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Consecutive bookings will depend on availability.
- Ads will be subject to image quality and content checks
- Ads need to be provided at least 7 full days prior to the start of the advertising period.
- Invoices will need to have been paid prior to the advertisement being posted.
